The Black Achievement Fund is thrilled to announce that we have purchased our 6-acre site for our Little Kemet Member's Retreat. The land is located in Toomsboro, GA, 2 hours south of Atlanta. This retreat is collectively owned by BAF members, and is the first major asset in our real estate portfolio. The Retreat will feature a community Clubhouse with a commercial kitchen and dining facilities, indoor/outdoor spa and fitness facilities, pool, media room, game room, conference room, art gallery, music studio and more. The retreat will also feature both a produce and animal farm. 


Phase 1 - Buying the Land! COMPLETED!

Cost: $55,000 (6 acres). We purchased the land all-cash, no mortgage. 


Phase 2 - Developing the Infrastructure. IN PROGRESS!

Goal: $250,000
